Tracking is issued once the carrier scans your parcel, usually within 24-48 hours of dispatch. Until that first scan the number may return no results.

Long-haul legs often go quiet between scans, particularly during customs clearance. If there is no movement for more than seven working days, contact us with your order number.

We can redirect an order while it is still in our warehouse. Once it has been handed to the carrier, address changes must go through the carrier directly.

Photograph the outer carton and the affected goods before unpacking further, then send the images with your order reference within 14 days of delivery.
